Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013 and then sustained a series of injuries to her knees, which made Allana to retire from the field. The Australian returned to the rugby league after several years. Allana played with distinction at the helm of New South Wales during her debut Women's Rugby League match against Queensland and participated in the 2015 season.
